Perfect for business meetings, parties and special get-togethers, Gourmet Lunchbox provides a wide variety of sandwich and wrap platters, salads, hors d’oeuvres, and baked goods, as well as delicious hot entrees.

Sandwich Platters

Assortment of meat & vegetarian sandwiches on fresh croissants or Ciabatta bread that are
sliced into mini wedges.  Feel free to choose your favorite selection from our daily menu.                                                              

Wrap Platters

Assorted wraps:

  • Sliced Turkey breast, with sun-dried tomatoes,cream cheese and lettuce
  • Sliced Turkey breast, whole berry cranberry sauce, cream cheese and lettuce
  • Deli Ham with cream cheese and lettuce

Sliced into bite-sized rolls and arranged on platter.

Smoked salmon cream cheese 

Fruit/Vegetable Platters
Fruit:  Assorted seasonal fruits (selection may include strawberries, mangoes, apples, grapes, melon, oranges, and kiwi).
Vegetable:  Assorted veggies with hummus

  • Spinach, artichoke hearts & parmesan spread with crackers

House Salad:  red leaf lettuce, sliced tart apple, toasted pecans, gorgonzola
cheese, craisins, croutons and honey mustard dressing served in large bowl.           

Spinach Salad:  baby spinach, bacon, hard boiled eggs, red onion, black
olives, croutons and house French dressing                                                           

Chef Salad:  iceberg lettuce with sliced turkey breast, Swiss cheese, hard boiled
eggs, cucumbers and tomatoes served in large bowl.  Choice of Ranch, Italian,
Basalmic vinaigrette, or Blue Cheese dressing                                                        

Mediterranean Salad:  Sea Shell pasta, feta cheese, black olives, diced red
Pepper, red onion, sun-dried tomatoes & Italian dressing 

Pesto Pasta Salad:  Penne Pasta with creamy pesto sauce, parmesan cheese &
Grape Tomatoes.                                      

Southwest Quinoa Salad:  organic quinoa, black beans, corn, diced red pepper,
cilantro & jalapenos dressed with olive oil, lime juice and spices.
